YellDo not trust Romans
Terrible company. They’re responsible for damage to my property that’s cost over £1000 to put right. They still owe me for this and have made no attempt to compensate me. That’s aside from trespass and breaching planning regulations by carrying out work without correct consents on a listed building. Totally unprofessional bunch.

Inefficient, stressful and extremely costly. I used Romans for both Sales and Lettings, both experiences left me feeling I should have managed both processes independently as I, along with my solicitor, did 99% of the work. This would have meant far less stress and cost being incurred in both instances.
