Always prompt in replying to issues which is great when you have no hot water. Delays when waiting for Landlord authorisation but that's not the agency's fault. All in all we are impressed with the overall service.

Very impressed by Prospect. My house went on the market with a different agent but was not sold (although had many viewings).After 3 months I switched to Prospect and accepted an offer in the first 2 weeks.
