Harry at Prospect was professional and clear throughout the process of renting our house. He was responsive and solved any issues/queries quickly. Throughout the changing COVID situation, Prospect showed their flexibility to adapt to the changing rules. I would recommend Prospect and Harry Pangbourne in particular if your looking to rent out your house.

Prospect have a good - high street - reputation. There failure, is in the level of knowledge, attained by their staff. This is an industry wide problem; the employer not caring about local - and indepth - knowledge. Prospect employ children to carry out a very responsive job. ?

GoogleI've had a good experience firstly purchasing properties through Prospect and then letting them out. They have kept in communication with me throughout the purchase process and Adele the expediter is very effective at getting things done. The properties have let quickly; the lettings team and management team communicate frequently and I find them easily accessible by both phone and email.

GoogleI have been with Prospect as a property management company for my rental for two years. It has been a constant hell of lack of communication, delays in providing repairs, lame excuses, 6 agents changed in 2 years and finally a totally dishonest deposit claim with blatant lies and inflated quotes. Very dishonest company to avoid at all costs.
