They are ok. Some interactions have been positive, it really depends who you speak to. At the end of my tenancy I experienced a letting agent letting himself in while I was home without checking first if I could accommodate a viewing. This was quite disturbing as I lived there alone.

GoogleThe worst estate agent I've ever come across. They fully manage my property and struggle to perform the most basic tasks to maintain the property. It has now taken over 2 months and they still haven't fixed the shower. I really can't recommend against them strongly enough. No property is good enough or cheap enough to put up with this company.

Hopeless. Lied about what worked when I rented the property, were rude when I questioned the cleaning costs and always took the landlords side against the tenantn. Rent out your property with them but don't rent from them. They are terrible
