GoogleMy experience with prospect was so awful they took so much time to respond to you to solve you issues with the rented flat issues like fixing important things in the apartment like leaking ceiling, flush and more. My recommendation not to do any deal with them.

Prospect Estate Agents surpassed our expectations throughout the whole process in selling our 5 New Build Dwellings in Charvil. We were dealing with Shaun Stevens initially who did a tremendous job and then later he introduced us to June Hopkinson and Matthew Daysh in the Prospect New Homes department. They helped us in every step of the selling process to navigate us through the difficult period in the economy and thus successfully selling all the 5 dwellings at higher GDV than the other agents. We would like to thank them for the great effort achieved and are looking to work with them in the next projects. We will definitely recommend Prospect Estate Agents to potential developers, family and friends.

Customer service is really poor. Don't have the mindset to assist the customer or solve our problems. The prospect's team prioritises their convenience more than improving customer experiences, and is not willing to go the extra mile to provide better customer experiences.
