GoogleVery friendly service by phone. We only had 3 days to find a property to rent, and Prospect's employees, particularly Simon and Matteo, did their best to accomodate us and fit all our viewings into our tight schedule. And even though it became clear soon we might go for an offer by a different agency, all of Prospect's agents stayed professional towards us and continued to offer us possible properties that might fit our specifications. Should we be in need of a property to rent or buy, Prospect would be one of the first agencies to call. Fantastic service!

GoogleI am absolutely blown away by the service received when dealing with Elizabeth Savery at Prospect. She has been a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to get a new kitchen fitted at my rental property. The guys who fitted it were also a pleasure to have around, extremely thorough, hardworking and simply couldn't do enough. Overall, an experience which could have been quite painful has been made as easy as possible. It's quite obvious Elizabeth is very committed to her job. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work :)

GoogleRecently I used Prospect to help me find a flat in the Reading area. I found one i liked that had been advertised with gym access. I thought great i could use that and would be extremly handy. After paying them £645 admin fee which is crazy money and unacceptable to setup the agreement they then told me that i wouldnt have access to the gym as the property mgmt company had changed and the block of flats i was in, wasnt allowed access anymore. Throughout the whole dispute process which lasted a couple of months they were unproffesional, not upfront or proactive in solving the problem. I spoke with three to four different people as no one was taking charge, i was left to feel ripped off by the admin charges and very frustrated. I would not recommend Propect to anyone, you would be better dealing with are more proffesional organisation like Haslams in Reading. The are not worth the Star above that i had to pick to post the comment.

GoogleProspect have been really great Estate Agent throughout our stay in Reading. They have been great and easily reachable at any point of time as well as quickly response to any query we ever had. I would definitely recommend Prospect if anyone is looking to move. They are well managed, fair as well as professional. As well as a great thank you to Chloe for making our moving into as well as moving out of the property very comfortable and less painful . :) Thanks again

GoogleI have rented via Prospect in Reading for over 4 years now and have always had a great experience. Elizabeth is amazing, she goes out of her way to ensure we are looked after no matter what the issue is! She needs a promotion and a payrise!
