I am not one to leave reviews but I will make an exception this time. I can't thank Aimee Smith enough,for her professional behaviour, during my sale. Aimee, took on all the constant battles that went on between both conveyancing teams and was the only ray of hope in sorting out the issues, that arised. Aimee, kept me informed and through her hard work,she managed to salvage a dire situation.I really can't thank her enough.

Brilliant service

I would definitely recommend Agnese at prospect as our property manager . She has very efficiently handled a variety of issues we have had at a property we let out . What I find makes Prospect different from other estate agents is that we have one dedicated property manager for our property who is aware of all the issues and there is a consistency of approach rather than dealing with a different person every time .

I would recommend Prospect. They are a lot better than my previous agency, and are always prompt and professional. Sasha is great, cautious and professional. I should get her as my PA. My recent annual renewal went through smoothly and swiftly and I like the use of digital records, unlike the previous firm who always used post and paper records.
