GoogleWhile the sale of my house in Reading and purchase of new property has been a journey that I would not like to experience again, I can say that not one of the many issues I experienced at a result of my decision to use Prospect. Advertising of the property went very well and finding of a buyer was painless in large part due to the choice of Prospect. A special thanks go to fellow cat lady Bernadette Martin who has been fantastic through the trial of getting the deal completed!

I write this about one person in particular, who, with their kindness, empathy and reassurance made my experience wonderful. “Who is this person?” I hear you ask. Her name is Julie Jacob’s and Julie is the property manager. If you are a renter or landlord I hope you find your way to Julie.

Whilst I didn’t end up buying a property through Prospect, Connor Brewer was one of the best people I met through this process. Out of all the emails I sent to many different agents, he responded first. He was professional, informative, patient(!) and completely understood my needs. I can’t thank him or recommend him enough. He is a star! I’d also mention that I certainly did not receive the same service from other Prospect offices!
