I've been with prospect for a few years now, on the letting side mainly & have never had a problem.The whole team are helpful, friendly & very professional in all aspects of sales & lets. You can't go wrong with these people, then comes along Ashleigh Ackermann, the property manager, an amazingly cool young lady that likes to get the job done, from day 1 always felt comfortable with her. Amazing. Thanks to the whole team.

Beth was excellent at keeping us informed throughout the whole selling process and chased where necessary off her own bat. Always happy to take out calls (and we were constantly pestering) and we certainly had a far better experience with Prospects than our vendors did with their estate agents

Paid a holding deposit on a property but didn’t sign a contract. Spoke to Ollie Payne who confirmed I would receive this deposit back as we didn’t sign a contract however it’s been over 6 weeks and I have still not received this despite numerous phone calls. Have given my bank details to numerous people on the phone with prospect and have been waiting on an email from ‘Chloe’ for weeks. Very very disappointed as I was expecting Prospect to be a reputable agency however would not recommend this to anybody.

I can highly recommend this agency and in particular Edward Joslin. He has been so helpful from start to finish with helping secure my new home. I couldn’t thank him enough. I’ve been renting privately since I was 17 and I’m now 50. This has been by far the best experience, and there have been a few, that I have had.

GoogleHave been with Prospect for a number of years now and best thing is that I have had someone, Vicky who has supported me all the time - responds quickly and clearly to communication and requests and keeps me updated when required. Its also great that she is open and realistic about when things need to be done/money needs to be spent.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Ashleigh who supported us with issues we were having whilst moving in, she was incredibly understanding and professional, and managed to resolve the issue within minutes. We felt listened to and respected as younger clients and feel confident should any other issues arise that these would be resolved.

What an outstanding service from start to end. It’s been a long ride, but throughout we have always felt like every member of the team at Prospect is ‘on it’. The communication has been outstanding and the team have been really proactive in getting everything over the line. Matt was the first member of the team we spoke to at Prospect and has remained our key contact throughout, he’s somehow managed to either take every call we make to him, or at worst, return it before the day is out. Michael and Beth have also been wonderful - providing cover if Matt is away and making sure we’re constantly updated. The whole team have been incredibly polite, helpful, efficient and very effective - I can’t recommend this agency highly enough! Thank you all for your unwavering support.

Michael and the team at Prospect have extensive knowledge and expertise, which is applied meticulously to ensure they get the right outcome. Having worked with Michael on a recent property sale I can say with confidence his approach to the sale process, knowledge of the local area, competence and communication style allowed for he to feel comfortable that I was in good hands.Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale was not quite as smooth as we all had hoped but he never wavered, dedicated to working hard with me and potential buyers to ensure we achieved the right price from the right buyer. I will forever be grateful for him and his colleagues support and would (and gave) recommended Prospect to friends and colleagues.
