I’ve been using Prospect for many years now to fully manage my property . My property manager is Sasha Stevens who is a pleasure to work with . She is very professional and friendly and has managed my property very efficiently . I have moved another property which was being managed by some other agency to Prospect so that it could be supervised by Sasha . I am very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them

GoogleI've just recently completed purchasing a property. During the process, Bernadette was very helpful and kept me up to date on everything . She was able to chase things up on my behalf, which made things a lot easier and made the process go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Prospect and most certainly Bernadette.

GoogleContinuing to recieve spam calls from this agent. I made a review recently about the same thing and they agreed to stop calling me and delete my number if i removed it, clearly they did no such thing and continue anyway. They even use alternate numbers and withheld numbers like a proper spam outfit. Clearly very untrustworthy and not good at their business if this is a good use of their time. Just avoid, don't give them your information, plenty of better people out there.

I use Prospect to manage my rental flat in Reading as I live away in the North of England. They do an excellent job always attentive and alert me of any issues or deal with my queries very promptly. Vickie is my manager of the property and she does a great job and I feel very reassured the flat is in safe hands. Great value service would highly recommend Prosoect in Reading for any property management.

I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house! Something I don’t think that would have happened if Beth hadn’t been prepared to herd all those pesky cats for me! You only know how good someone is when things go wrong…. Thanks Beth!
