Charlotte was brilliant and very helpful. She was friendly and informative we fell in love with the property instantly. Unfortunately we couldn’t secure it due to our circumstances, but it was honestly amazing. We will definitely contact Charlotte again in the near future and go back to the agency for more rental flats.

To be honest, this is what anyone would expect when they are getting their house on rent. I truly recommend prospect estate agency.

We have received great service from Beckie and the team at Prospects. After our existing tenants had to relocate for work we were so pleased with the prompt and efficient way in which they processed the exiting clients and at the same time found a new tenant thus avoiding any void in rental income .
