GoogleI'm a landlord I arrived at Prospect Lettings when they bought out my previous agent Stef in sales is excellent, he found me a new tenant at a very satisfactory rent level Emily deals with any issues that arise with the flat, she's super dependable she arrived at Prospect from my previous agent All good so far!

I have used Prospect a few times for house sales. For the most recent one the process was straightforward, and they supported well, finding a new buyer very quickly after one pulled out. However I think the most credit goes to the agency they use for sales progression, as my contact at Complete ASAP was fantastic. The only downside I found of using Prospect this time was that I dealt with 3 different people during 4 months of the sale, whereas previously I have had one continuous point of contact. I also found some frustration with lack of communication between office and viewings staff so information wasn't shared as smoothly as it could have been. Overall however I would likely use Prospect again as the experience was largely positive.

I rent out a property with Prospect and have done for over 6 years. Recently had the pleasure of interacting with my property manager in person, but normally the relationship is via email which suits me as I travel often. Since having Chloe on board I am happy I will get a notification whenever something has to be actioned or updates from the tenants etc.

We’ve been tenants for the past year, and our experience with the Nancy S Marla (property manager) has been excellent. She has always been professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. I had a very positive experience working with my property agent, Nancy Suri Marla especially when I first moved into my apartment. She was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing the initial questions and issues I had.
