GoogleIf there were 0 stars, I would have awarded 0-stars. One of the WORST estate agents ever eager to suck money from people! Never ever recommend them to anyone! Its a viscous trap who just charge for every single thing and are very rude and non-courteous! They just suck money for everything including and don't have patience to address any queries

Have used Parkers for residential lease management for several years now. Everyone in the office I've had any dealings with has been friendly and helpful They really do work hard to make the rental experience as straightforward and troublefree as possible for the owner...and that's a valuable and much appreciated service that (in my book) it's well worth payng for!

We recently completed on a sale through Parkers. It was a difficult process because of COVID and the original buyer dropping out twice. However once we had another purchaser I was really impressed by the professionalism and determination of Damien Glowacki who ensured we got the deal over the line before Xmas.

Whilst dealing with parkers from start to finish i happy to say i had 110% professional service. They always kept me up to date give me quality feedback from viewings. They were always very prompt in letting me know which stage we were on with solicitors. I will always happily recommend to family and friends excellentcompany to do buisness with.

Absolutely extortionate fees that are repeatedly asked for at every opportunity from tenants, including over £100 for a tenancy renewal and hundreds of pounds in admin fees at the start an end of a tenancy. No willingness to consider reasonableness or fairness of these fees and some of them would surely not be stand up if scrutinised in court.
