We have recently sold a house through Parkers and we cannot fault the service. We were regularly updated throughout the viewing process and when the sale was agreed it was handed over to Emma to see through. She was phenomenal, ensuring that any queries were dealt with professionally and followed up in a timely manner. I would definitely sell through Parkers again.

Hi Michal, We're sorry to see this issue - we instructed Reading Heating and continued to chase for updates and confirmations on an arranged visit to sort out this issue. We received confirmation that they had been in contact and booked a visit to resolve the situation, which has occurred. We always aim to assist our tenants as much as we possibly can, and with this situation we were waiting on a third party. GoogleIf you want to pay extra £300 at the end of your tenancy [it will be deducted from your deposit automatically], you can rent a property from them! #NoMoreParkers

Thank you for your review. I would like to make it clear that the the deductions were not automatically deducted from the deposit and you were given every opportunity to dispute them. You made the decision to accept the deductions. I can only assume you agreed the deductions, as you felt they were reasonable, otherwise you could have disputed them via the TDS.
