Facebookplease avoid Parkers they have just keep a 96 £ my deposit which i have payed 3 days ago not even care that i told them that i have to move out uk
The tenancy application you read and signed is very clear, if you are unable to proceed and have to withdraw from a let, the 1 week holding deposit is non-refundable and is used to cover our costs to date. It’s unfortunate that you have had a change of circumstances, but it would seem this is out of both of our hands.

GoogleHorrible service. Will give no star if I could. After accepting my offer then secretly sold the property to others without letting me know. When I asked for an explanation, different people working there lied in various ways including saying that they have informed my solicitor. And I went back to my solicitor and she had no idea and was stilling preparing paper work for my exchange. Avoid it.

No help in emergencies!! We have a letting through Parkers and had an issue where the boiler was not working. The website shows an emergency number to call to but that goes straight to voicemail.

GoogleVery easy to deal with, would recommend. My only criticism is the payments over the phone I would prefer a more secure system as i do not like giving details over the phone.
