GoogleNorthwood provided an excellent platform for letting my property. Always very fast to contact myself with any esoteric details. I feel that they provide a great service for the myself and the tenants. Onward I would absolutely recommend them to friends looking to let out a property.

I received amazing service received from Jenni. I had a maintenance issue with my property and the way the situation was dealt with and rectified was outstanding. Jennie gave me several options that would suit my property, she was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. Googlehi to everyone landlord who got properties in this letting agent they reference are bogus tenannt will destroy your property leave them in bad condition we been landlord Over 30 years I reason it happen to me.

GoogleNorthwood have been fantastic over the last year I have been renting with them. Any issues where always sorted out promptly. Also unlike other estate agents, they didn't look to claw back the entire security deposit! Thanks to the whole team, will definitely go to you first in the future.

GoogleI initially had good experience but it has been a worst experience since I vacated the Flat. Its been 45 days and my deposit is not released.. I had to send 3-4 emails to get a reply and they keep dragging. I will never recommend Northwood to anyone
Hi Bala, I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed in the processes we’ve had to follow, however as you’re aware we have been working towards getting the dilapidations resolved from your deposit. We have messaged you regarding this with another update so this should be resolved for you shortly. Apologies again for this being bit of a unique case and it taking longer than normal to process.

This is the 1st time i have purchased and sold a house through an estate agent. I found Paul and his colleagues very helpful and understanding, as at times i asked quite a few questions. At times things didn't go to plan, but Paul always updated me with what the issue was and always had a solution in place. I would highly recommend the Northwood team at the Tilehurst branch to anyone who was thinking of selling or purchasing a property. Thank you for everything!
