I have used Northwood for several years for the rental of my properties. I have found them to be honest and personable which is hard to come by estate agents these days. They have managed the properties with close attention to detail which has left me at peace knowing they are well looked after. The only issue was a few months ago when I experienced difficulties with communications regarding a property visit and that was a rather difficult time. I talked with their Director, Mitch, and subsequently met with him, and everything was sorted out. They’ve been fab since. I look forward to working with Northwood for the foreseeable future
