GoogleI received amazing service received from Jenni. I had a maintenance issue with my property and the way the situation was dealt with and rectified was outstanding. Jennie gave me several options that would suit my property, she was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. I would have no issues with recommending Reading Northwood to any landlords.

GoogleWe contacted Northwood online and from arranging a viewing, to processing of all the paperwork we received a throughly professional and friendly attitude each step of the way. It was a pleasure to deal with each member of the Reading office. Their willingness to help and provide solutions to anything that might provide a challenge is refreshing. GoogleIf I could rate this company zero stars, I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. As you can see from other reviews, they will try and take as much as possible from your deposit upon leaving, in my case, £900 which was eventually brought down to £200 after months of debating. If you think this won’t happen to you, it most definitely will. This is the first negative review I’ve written. - Northwood took 6 months to replace a broken septic tank cover on the driveway while my wife was pregnant so not only was the smell abhorrent, but this was incredibly dangerous as we obviously could not park on or walk near the drain cover. - The leaking external tap which I reported as directed that didn’t get fixed so I had to repair myself, after it costing us in monthly water bills as this was actively leaking as seen in the ‘before’ photo in the inventory. - Two damp patches in both the master bedroom, and also downstairs in the dining room, again which did not get resolved during our entire time in the property. - All of the dirty external windows which again were dirty during our stay, and only once we handed in our notice to leave was a window cleaner hired to come and clean them. - I was assured the patio slabs would be cleaned before we moved in as they were green and slippery, and with a pregnant wife being an occupant, this should not have been seen as suitable to rent. The inventory reflects that this was cleaned by myself and required me to rent a pressure washer, which I also have invoices for. DO NOT RENT A HOUSE WITH NORTHWOOD. I am currently speaking with a solicitor regarding the arbitration process to claim for such negligence.

Victoria has been very kind and helpful in all ways not just with my questions regarding the the property, but also with multiple sign-up processes involved like utilities, documents needed for bank account opening, school etc. Victoria is very responsive and responsible. Concerns reported and help requested are immediately addressed/answered

GoogleI started contacting Lisa from Hong Kong. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. We were jet lag at the time, and she would try her best to help me. On the first day I came to the UK, I didn’t know how to use gas. She immediately contacted the maintenance staff within 3 hours. She came to my home to help me, and when I encountered difficulties in living, she was eager to help me. I highly recommend this company. I also give Lisa a good review.

GoogleHorrible service just came out of a 6 month dispute over deposit,which we won Thank God almighty! Tried to blame us over damp they offered to fix a week b4 we moved out. Insecure door. Wee on the toilet seat after a professional clean was promised.manager dealt with us at arm's length

I am aware that you had a couple of issues during your tenancy, and this is why the landlords agreed to early release from your contract. As you know, there were extenuating circumstances for some of the issues you had, however, I'm pleased you are happy with the outcome of the deposit dispute that was handled by the adjudicators.
