GoogleNot helpful when buying a property. Will unnecessarily both you with phone calls. Will also discourage ASBESTOS testing in properties with known Asbestos... Although I had to buy a property with them, I definitely won't be selling through them. I would hate to give them more of my custom.

We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service received from Nicholas. The offer to completion process took just 9 weeks and it is normal in a sale process to have regular communication with both vendors and buyers throughout that period. I am pleased to hear that we communicated with you as a lack of communication is the main cause for complaints within estate agency. If we don’t communicate effectively and regularly throughout this process then the sale is at risk of falling through or sales taking longer than everyone expects. You requested an asbestos survey on the back of your mortgage survey, Marks recommendation to you, having worked in the industry for over 25 years, was that it was highly unlikely in this house. However once we knew exactly what the surveyors were wanting to do and this was authorised by the sellers, access was arranged on the same day. You confirmed the report was negative and you were happy to proceed with the purchase.

GoogleIt was a very bad experience to deal with NEA Lettings. They took advantage of paying the booking fee and refused to meet me in the rented appartment to give me the keys in addition they interedused new conditions for payment. I neither recommend them nor will deal with them again.
