I had a water leak from the top floor flat come through my light fixture in my bathroom over the weekend and within 15mins of calling NEA Lettings a plumber arrived to resolve the issue. It was also discovered that my power shower unit needed to be replaced and this was done within 48hrs. NEA Lettings, Elaine and Liz in particular, were fantastic!

I've approached other Estate Agents and have found NEA Lettings and Nicholas Estate Agents to be consummate professionals in all respects. Their local knowledge is great; they use local contractors for support and the phones are always busy. I've always recommended them to friends and when they've acted on a friends' behalf, I haven't been made to look a fool!

Googlevery disappointed, they act like a big company, however apart from the owner they are all a bunch of clowns, and amateur employees, AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Dear Ms Nemes, I'm sorry you are disappointed with our service, however we cannot release deposits until we have written confirmation of agreed damages. We received written confirmation on Friday 23rd June. The deposit was then released on Monday 26th June, we asked for bank details which we received on Tuesday 27th June, monies were then released on Wednesday 28th June. The entire process is 3 working days. I do not believe that you will find another agent that will work that efficiently. Regards, Sara
