GoogleNEA didn't manage our property directly, so I can't speak to that, however, my wife and I had a great experience with NEA after many years of agencies who were absolutely awful. Gareth, Roz and the rest of the team were incredibly nice and handled viewings with the pandemic in a very accommodating way and took our schedules into consideration. Thank you for being unique in the business of letting agents!
