I recently sold my property through Alex and Dawn at martyn Russell estate agents after having a bad experience with a prior agent. The number 1 thing about selling a house is getting people through the door. The pictures and videos they produce, the mini documentary on the house, and because mine was pretty empty, they showed the true potential In the property and what very very easily could be achieved. The house sold very quickly with a good variety of people coming to view. I have sold a few houses before, but the way the team can make it shine and put a different perspective on things, and all for the same price as competitors. Definitely a good experience

As a Landlord I have had experience of a number of letting agents, I have been very fortunate as to date I have always had good letting agents, unfortunately, my previous letting agent in Reading had a change in staff and the service levels reduced significantly, prompting my need to change.
