I used Martyn Russell to buy my first flat 5 years ago and then again to sell my flat when I was ready to upsize. I like their very personal and bespoke approach. Alex Russell found a buyer for my flat within 2 weeks time (for asking price!) and even when the process got a bit more complex due to issues in the chain, Alex was always available and responded promptly to my all my messages. The service offered by this company is amazing. They are so quick to respond, friendly and informative it is unbelievable. From the outset Olivia ensured that they understood my situation and what I was looking for. After that they would contact me with properties with suggestions. While I appreciate a lot of websites will do this, Olivia utilised her knowledge of the properties and area to give me insight into this. For example: 'this one is under budget... in a quiet area... but you do share a toilet'. They'd typically send through a couple of these in one email - very helpful and no spam! Alex was fully supportive of my busy schedule and my urgent need to secure a place. He made sure to get me booked in and confirmed the booking straight away. The booking also referenced the process of renting and the documentation requirements. I had a viewing with Martyn. He explained the whole process of renting, deposits, what's refundable, the landlord, how long they've been been working with them and everything about the property. The whole process has been seamless and an easy and stress free service, even for a first time renter to deal with.
