GoogleI have been working with Haslams and specifically with Ioana Gurau, to negotiate and establish a contract for a flat at Hewitt house. Ioana was very helpful and professional with us, replying rapidly to our emails, making communication very easy. Concurrently, Ioana was very willing to answer any question, while being very informative. GoogleI was extremely anxious when it came to selling the house I had lived in for 45 years, but Haslams helped me every step of the way, from valuation to marketing to everything that had to be done to complete the sale. Trustpilot7 months no heating....
7 months no heating... Worse company I have ever used for renting and disgusting treatment - especially by Nicky! Had no heating for 7 months, made multiple complaints including going into their office and speaking to their head. He said "its your choice, if you don't like it you can leave". They believe a small fan heater is sufficient as heating for a property....disgusting. Short of taking legal actions I had no option but to move out. Then without giving me any notice they walk into the property while I'm not there (illegal) and get a new tenant to agree to stay there at a £200 premium - STILL WITH NO HEATING! I suspect this has been going on for several years, with neighbours confirmed that tenants have left for heating reasons for the past 2 years.
I’m sorry to read this negative review. Having spoken to my team, I would like to provide clarity on the situation. We acknowledge the problem with the heating being erratic (too hot or too cold), and Nicky tried very hard to get the company that built the underfloor heating to make a long-term repair rather than the short-term fixes they made. I understand the landlord also apologised and sent financial compensation to you. GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Alice B to find myself a very particular sort of place in as little time as possible. Alice was easy to communicate with and responsive to my requests; she also came across as very knowledgeable. Despite the nature of the relationship she managed to not make things feel transactional. She hasn't let up either since I moved into the property - she's been responsive and has done all of the things I'd expect from an agent. I'd highly recomment Alice B for your lettings needs.

GoogleAfter a lot of thought, consideration and searching for houses for the last 3 months I happened to see this property and I called up Haslams. It was Bernadette Martin who picked up the call and I negotiated 6:00pm (I guess it was after her office hours) as the time to view this property and Bernadette was more than accommodating. She did a wonderful job in providing the details of the property and it was a pleasant experience. After a quick budget check and quoting the offer to Haslams, my case was assigned to Fenella Hall, she was proactive and she responded positively to all my queries. Steve and Paul came very promptly and put our minds at rest by putting together an excellent marketing campaign. We don’t live locally so it was imperative that we could rely on Steve and his team. Subsequently we had great offers and sold well in excess of the guide price. Steve and his team have been superb throughout and a special highlight to Chris, Rosie and Fenella for guiding us through the whole process. A great service highly recommended.

GoogleThey r good only when there are no problems with the property. . . My place has a leak through the walls due to plumbing issues in the building. . . Have been complaining about this for over 3 months . . . Issue has not been resolved yet. . . There is now uncontrollable mold in the living room area with a strong sewage smell. . . With a baby in the house, I have been asking haslams to atleast send some one to clean the mold regularly until the issue is resolved. . . No proper actions taken yet. . . Now we have stopped getting responses from haslam altogether. . .
