I had occasion to raise an ongoing concern with Haart lettings . I spoke with the Manager, Shakeerah Chowdhary Bell, who listened very carefully to the somewhat complex details. I found her positive and understanding.She was pro- active and constructive in response. She stated clearly and calmly what she intended to do to resolve the difficult issue. I dealt with David and Emily at Haart (Earley) and have nothing but praise for them both and Haart in general. Both myself and my landlord were having all sorts of problems with our initial agency (Bond Property) for quite a few years. My landlord decided to move over to Haart and they were infinitely better! Everything was done smoothly and accurately. David was always willing and available to chat if I had any issues or queries, and he was very proactive which was important. Emily was new but very friendly and easy to talk to. My departure from the tenancy/property was also completely hassle free. I would highly recommend Haart to anyone in the Berkshire area! Thanks.

Haart letting agent had shown me the below property. 26 Branagh Court, RG30 2QX Even though the property is very nice and I liked it so much but just not right for my requirement considering I have got 2 children and the younger one is just 1 year old. But I can not stop myself from providing feedback for Callum. He is a gentlemen and very graceful person with ample of patience. He have got so many viewing appointments on that day with multiple agents and with out any hesitation I can confidently say that he is the best among all of them. I contracted 1 bed flat for 12 months Thru Haarts agency back on April 2017 and your website advertised parking permit is available for that flat. I signed contract paid all agency fee and deposit(about 400 pounds fee) and Reading council refused to even issue me temporary permit saying they need planning permission for the property as the LL has converted the house into number of flats. They issued me a 2 x 2 months temporary permits and advised to get all docs from Landlord before issuing permanent parking for next 12 months. At the end Agency (David) spoke to landlord who contacted reading council and after few weeks LL spoke to agency apologized and said he wont be able to provide any documents. Due to this I had to finish my contract within 5 months as without Car parking it was impossible to stay there and agency did not return a single penny as it was 12 months fee i Paid and due to agency and landlord fault I had to move due to parking issue. Haarts Agency did not verify correct information before they advertised to their website (Car parking was not available for that property as per reading council) and causing huge issues to others /customer. There is still no solution to this issue.
