We have struggled with renting our property through a particular Haart branch and after sending a complaint, we were told that Emma Saunders would look into the complaint and resolve the matter. February 2022: Amazing support from Joanne in getting the tenancy contract renewed. August 2021: Amazing support from Lynna Proctor in getting a pest control issue sorted in less than 24 hours. Very happy with the professional yet friendly service. I couldn't have asked for a better property management team. Thank You Lynna!! April 2021: It's the first time I have dealt with Haart and found David Brownbill and Emma Saunders to be super helpful in making sure that our move into the new rented property was an easy and smooth experience. They were responsive throughout and were very accommodating from the day we wanted to view the property to getting the documentation in place. I really appreciate their patience in responding to my multiple emails and taking care of some major maintenance issues we found after moving into the house. They have been no less than a wizard in the way they have handled the communication between me, landlord and the vendors to get things sorted asap.
