We had a number of issues with the condition of our flat after a long-term tenant moved out, and we had to go through arbitration with FlatFair. In the check-out process Sophie identified these issues and subsequently worked very closely with us in determining the most appropriate course of action. There was a bit of back and forth with FlatFair, but we ended up with a settlement we were happy with. We have been very impressed with Sophie’s professionalism and empathy with our position, and would strongly recommend working with her at Haart.

Beatrice Bejenaru visited our rented apartment on behalf of Haart Lettings on Friday 10th July to carry out our annual property inspection, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service she provided. From the outset, communication was excellent. She contacted us well in advance to arrange a convenient appointment and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Throughout the inspection, she was courteous, friendly and highly professional. She carried out a thorough inspection, carefully noting any items requiring attention or remedial work, and explained everything clearly. Her professional approach gave us complete confidence that the matters raised would be followed up appropriately.
