FacebookI have contacted few agencies around High Wycombe area, Chancellor's has been the best so far as very promptly response. The Client Service Advisor Lee Brenton is very polite, kindly and extremely helpful. By choosing to use Chancellor's, hope to be a rewarding experience.

Google‘I run a small private investment company in Reading and cannot fault the service provided to me. After discussing with the lettings agent Kayleigh my exact requirements she has gone over and beyond to help me find what I have been looking for. With other agents sometimes they need a push and you have to keep chasing, but Kayleigh has been so proactive and I would have no hesitation in recommending Chancellors and Kayleigh’

GoogleMy spouse and I are facing challenges in finding a house suitable to our large family and particular needs. Ms Cox came across as very warm, yet thoroughly professional . After meeting us at a site the first time, she has kept our requirements in mind, showing us a number of houses that were better choices especially in budget. I wish more real estate services were this streamlined to customer requirements!

GoogleEdit: got much appreciated call with an update about the property. Booked a visit for a rental property, got confirmation email followed up by call that it can't be held and it was postponed. No confirmation email. Tried to call on the day and all numbers go to voice mail. Got voicemail back that the viewing can't be held. No time or something. Haven't heard since Saturday, it's Tuesday.

She was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and maintained good lines of communication. She also provided us with advice which was particularly useful as first time buyers.

GoogleOne of the main reason my property purchase fell through is 'Chancellors'. Initially, they were responsive, courteous and polite until my offer on a property was accepted. Since then, my experience with them was horrendous and stressful for almost 3 months until the purchase fell through. I'm a first time buyer and made a mistake of going with the solicitors (Knight PLC) recommended by Chancellors. Both of them together are the worst possible combination for the home buying process. Issues with this estate agency are: - They will not return any of the call or bother to respond to your emails - Worst sale progression team that you could encounter who doesn't give a hoot about their clients - You would be wondering if there is any progress with your purchase, because there would absolutely be no updates untill the purchase falls through, because they would definetley call you to inform that. I was so stressed with my home purchase experience with them. Later I dealt with other estate agents and realized how bad my experience was with 'Chancellors'. GoogleIf there is a negative star I will give that. very unprofessional. because of their poorly managed deal I am without a home from next month and possibly have to settle in with any property. Me and my family are going through a very stressful time and on top of all these their agent was rude, un-empathetic and doesn't have decency to acknowledge the fault on their side. Very unprofessional and poor communication.
