We approached several high street estate agents as well as nest and have to say from the onset nest were the best. Kyle was very honest and approachable and it was evident he was passionate about his work, he even came back to see us for a second time to smooth out our quiries. We can't thank Kyle enough for making the selling of our home easy and stress free with the added bonus of his support when we had doubts about moving away. Nest in Essex is unlike other estate agencies I have experienced! Right from the start the communication, attitude and professionalism has been superb. Dan dealt with us and could not have done more with assisting us in selling a family property that was somewhat cluttered with sentimental items and not easy to photograph! Dan found the right buyer for us first time without loads of time wasters and pointless appointments and kept in touch through the whole sale with advice, humour and his endearing trait of optimism - which was corroborated by the final sale. I just wish all estate agents could have a ‘Dan’ 😂 I would recommend (and already have) to anyone wishing to sell their home with a company that cares about its clients that Nest in Essex is by far the Best!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Absolutely fantastic estate agent. Dan and Leanne's efforts were crucial and single handily carried all parties from start to finish. The ironic thing is they wasn't even my estate agent, but actually the estate agent of my purchase vendor. Never the less, they were all over it and happy to chase, ring and email all parties on every side of the property chain to ensure things remained on track. They went above and beyond to provide advice and guidance in areas not directly related to their responsibilities. Very responsive at pretty much any time of the day. Nick, you should be very proud of the exceptional company you have created. Our property sale with Nest in Essex has ran so smoothly! I’m sure this was largely due to our choice of estate agents as well as their recommendation to go with Kew Law who have a brilliant relationship with Nick & the team. From having the offer accepted to moving in, the whole journey took about 8 weeks! We really appreciated the modern ways that Nest work, from the late hours and responsive updates over WhatsApp to the video tour which was uploaded to YouTube. We are so glad we used Nest to help sell our home. Nick and Kyle were amazing throughout and exceeded our expectations in every area.... knowledge, professionalism, communication, they were always available whenever we needed to talk to them. Fed up of other agencies aiming to sign us up with the obvious sales patter that amounted to empty promises and unrealistic so called waiting lists of people waiting to buy our house, all at an extortionate rate, we took a shine to Nick when we viewed a property he was marketing. The vendor of the house rated Nest highly and upon talking to Nick we could see why. At valuation Nick presented himself well with a great attitude and honest approach. It's a very stressful event selling your home, Nick made the whole thing much easier. We were supported every step of the way throughout the process and Nick was a valuable help in other links in the chain also. I've had bad experiences from various estate agents I've used in the past. Nest have changed my opinion totally in a positive way on how estate agents operate. If you're serious about selling, these guys will give an honest opinion on what your property is worth on the current market. My property is now sold (stc) after being with them for only 2 weeks! For a 100% personal and professional service I would recommend Nest in Essex. From the first meeting with Nick when he supplied us with detailed analysis of the market and the true value of our property, without any of the hype and gueswork we had received from other estate agents, to the completition of the sale, we had someone to help us 24 hours of the day. During the difficulties of coronavirus and after lockdown was eased we had a reassuring voice advising us what to do and what to expect which ultimately turned out to be correct as we sold within a week of the easing and at the asking price. Nest was a personal recommendation to us and we are so glad we took that advice.
