FacebookWe have been incredibly happy with the service provided by Nest in Essex and Nick Cheshire. The level of customer service was outstanding and exceeded all expectations. Nick delivered above and beyond on his assurances that he would take calls whenever physically possible and if not able, would call back as soon as he could. This extended to weekend and evenings such was the commitment to service and the goal of selling the property. Having dealt with other agents in the past who clearly screen calls it was refreshing to receive the service you should be able to expect. After a poor experience with initial buyers which Nick managed impeccably, Nest sold our house within a day of it going on the market and we are completed 7 weeks later to the day. Whilst one of the primary benefits of selling our house with Nest was the money saved by way of their flat fee rather than the high street's 1% sale commission, equally important was the straight talking and no nonsense facts. Rather than empty promises from agents quoting the highest values just to get the sale (all those properties on Rightmove for months which slowly get reduced...), Nick provided evidence of the true value and where it needed to be pitched in order to sell the house and move. I would thoroughly recommend Nest in Essex to anyone looking to sell their house in the surrounding area. There appears to me to be no need to use the high street when a business model such as Nest in Essex exists and is serviced to such an incredibly high standard. Well done Nick and thanks very much.
