I would like to thank Leanne and Dan at the nest for making the usually difficult and stressful process of selling / buying a house, a very smooth and reassuring experience. We loved the way the nest sold our home, from the pictures and videos, to the way that they handled the viewings. Everything was extremely professional and they were very supportive the entire time. They have both been an integral part of the process and we couldn't fault them in any way. The service we have received from both of them has been nothing short of outstanding. Dan sold our home for more then the asking price and when it came down to dealing with the solicitors, paperwork and questions from buyers etc, leanne was on hand 24-7 to help with papeer work, enquires and chasing everyone. The communication has been 10/10 from the outset and they have awnsered all of our queries despite the time of day. Their industry knowledge is amazing and have supported us through the ups and the downs. They have both consistently gone above and beyond to help us out. I would highly recommend the nest and will most certainly be using them again if needed in the future. We started the process as Dan and Leanne's clients , but have ended as friends. I can not recommend this estate agency enough. If you are hoping to move contact Nest and ask for Nick. From the first contact to moving day the service is impeccable. Nick’s knowledge not only helped us sell but also was so valuable when we looked at other houses and when we finally bought. A huge plus is the fact you deal with the same agent from start to finish, so no repeating yourself every time you call up! These really are the best agents around - do not even bother going elsewhere! 10/10

We can't recommend this estate agent enough! We succeeded to do an almost impossible sale and purchase which included a probate property, to be sold longside our own property for the purchase to go ahead . Nest guided us through every step of the way. When we hit bumps in the road (and there were a few! ) they sat down with us and helped to resolve every issue. Nest is extremely knowledgable and were available at all times to talk and were straight talking. They never made us feel like an inconvenience or a burden. This estate agency will go far because they are unique in there service and go above and beyond.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start (in the best way possible) Dan and Leanne are everything and more you could ask for from an Estate Agent and as someone to lean on during a stressful moving process. Dan got us an offer off market within 2 days and Leanne carried our sale through right to the end. We honestly cannot thank them both enough and couldn’t recommend them more.
