Wow i cannot reccomend Nest highly enough.. Will always be using them for my future sales. Nick and the team have worked so hard over the past 6 months to help us exchange and complete on our sale of our property during lockdown. Such a brilliant team, nick was always there to message for questions, to chase for paperwork and updates and was available 24/7. The team at nest truly took care of us. We were also overwhelmed by the beautiful hamper we received on the day of completion which was amazing and really thought about for our ongoing move with all the essentials we needed especially the wine! We sold our house with Nest. We were very happy with the high quality pictures and video tour that Nick made and feel this helped to gain interest in our property and sell it quicker. Nick provided excellent customer service. He was always on hand morning/day or evening to answer any questions. We couldn’t recommend Nick and his team enough. As first time buyers, Nick really helped us understand a lot of the “lingo”, even things that didn’t really fall on his responsibility. If we were to sell to years to come, we would definitely get Nest In Essex to value our house and see what they could do for us. We also appreciated the fact that we weren’t ripped off in any way, didn’t over pay for anything or taken for a ride, like what some of the typical estate agents can do. We paid a fair price for our property and didn’t have to enter a bidding war. We love our house and looking forward to the future :) thanks team!

This is the 2nd time I have used Nick and the team at N est, and honestly why would you even consider looking at other agents. (Yes, there was a certain high st agent that valued my property at 45k less than the final agreed price, thankfully I didn't use them!) Nick is part of that rare breed of honest and fair estate agents. From initial phone call through to completion I could count on Nest to be there 24/7 (and I do mean, literally 24/7!) and to take the stress out of the selling process. The property was marketed superbly. Nick gave me and honest range of what he thought the property was worth, and we hit the exact number he said we would. We had many viewings in the first weekend alone, after the very first viewing, Nick said "They'll be back, trust me", and sure enough, 4 weeks later I had the exact offer I was asking for. I would highly recommend Nick when selling your home! Our initial sale with a different estate agent fell through and we felt like we were getting nowhere, at which point we decided to switch and sell with Nick and the team at Nest. Nick devised a comprehensive marketing plan for us, arranged back to back viewings in one day which resulted in multiple offers and selling our property in just over a week. Nick was so helpful throughout the whole process, he consistently went above and beyond even when we were with a different estate agent, and also gave us advice on our onward purchase. Nick at Nest is an excellent agent. He was extremely helpful on all elements of house move, from explaining elements of the legal process to electrical requirements when buying our next property. He also provided advice on which properties to consider buying and how we should negotiate. Nest in Essex were really fabulous right from the start of our valuations. Nick was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. From August 2016 when we went on the market we had plenty of viewings and all of them were carried out by the Nest team. This made it a lot easier for us as we both work full time. We had a very small chain of just 3 parties so once we’d sold we had moved in to our new property within 9 weeks! Professional at all times - able to laugh at some things - always called back if we’d left a message - text us with information whenever we had requested it - always available. Nick and team at Nest have been simply superb through the entire process of selling my house. The level of engagement for the sale of my property has far exceeded my previous experiences with high street estate agents. Great viewing strategy with 12 viewings and 8 offers over a single weekend. I can't recommend highly enough - thoughtful, great work ethic (contactable for 12 hours a day!), and most of all great value for money. Now that I'm unpacking boxes my next move seems a long way off, but I simply wouldn't hesitate to use Nest again if the occasion arises.
