House sold within a week

I met Emma in July 2019 when I viewed 4 properties up for sale with Coppenwall Estate Agents. I was very impressed with her professional and friendly approach and appointed her to value my own property. From Emma's first visit, preparing the photographs and conducting viewings to completing a sale took less than a week!!! and she obtained a higher asking price than the two other local agents who had viewed the property the week before. I also bought one of the properties i had viewed and completed the purchase in the autumn of 2019. Emma was always in contact and available at all hours throughout the buying and selling process and by using emails and whats app made the whole process so much quicker and not restricted to 9 -5. Her knowledge and efficiency was also appreciated by my solicitor. I would not consider using any other Estate Agency, Coppenwall were excellent and their fees were very good value for money.

Professional and personable experience!

The only estate agent in the valley that should be used! From the start, Emma listened to our needs and instead of devaluing our property to sell like other estate agents recommended, she in fact aimed to achieve market value and got it.. within 5 days no less!!!! Emma truly understands sales, she understands the market & listens to the needs of her clients. Furthermore, when the going got tough during the process of exchange/completion (issues which was out of her hands) Emma stepped in to assist which was vital in allowing the completion to push through. If you’re thinking of using another estate agent... don’t! There is only one consideration when selling your home and it is Coppenwall! Thank you Emma!!!

We requested to view a property online on Sunday and had a telephone response from Sebastian, first thing on Monday morning and were able to view the following day. Anne conducted the viewing and was able to answer all of the questions we had regarding the property and she allowed us plenty of time to take it in. Sebastian negotiated a mutually agreeable price and arrangement with regard to an energy efficiency obstacle. Both Sebastian and Anne have professional and personable and we would highly recommend this estate agency.

I cant recommend Emma enough, shes very professional, extremely enthusiastic with nothing being too much trouble. She found a buyer for our home within a few weeks, and was very flexible on her availablity for viewings, which im sure helped to secure a deal. Her approach was a breath of fresh air, remaining calm under pressure when it looked like the deal was faltering, going way above and beyond to ensure the sale completed. We have definately received a 5 star service, and her prices are extremely competitive in comparison to other agents.
