From viewing to moving in. I met with a lovely lady who showed me around the property, (for the life of me I can't remember her name) but she was amazing and made me feel at ease. She explained the process fully. I received the documents to apply straight away. I know from other experiences with estate agents, getting information or a progress update is usually like pulling teeth, but Olly and the team kept me up to date the whole way through. Even over the Christmas period. I wasn't left guessing. I can't recommend them enough. They really have made a usually stressful situation so much easier. I am so grateful to the lovely lady who showed me around and to Olly who kept me fully updated during the application process straight through to getting the keys. Such a lovely team. Very grateful

I used Coppenwall for selling my house due to positive reviews from friends. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. There was a quick turnaround time from booking my valuation to listing my house for sale which really suited me. I ended accepting an offer within one week and was kept fully upto date throughout the whole process until handing the keys over. Coppenwalls are efficient and communicative. As a manager of our flat we rent out, they pass on information to us and the tenant swiftly. Their fees are competitive and they are a friendly company. Having used a different management agency previously which was truely hopeless, I am happy we found Coppenwalls. We have used them for a few years now and I have no complaints.

Ollie - exceptional customer service

Ollie is a huge credit to Team Coppenwall providing a fantastic service, always with immediate responses, even on his day off. Coppenwall and the team were fantastic!

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Coppenwall selling our property. After reaching out to Coppenwall, we were visited by Jack and Anne who were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The valuation was spot on, prices were very competitive and we went ahead and arranged for photos to be taken a few days later. They took really high quality photos of the property and we were sent a listing to review and approve (it looked great!).We booked a viewing day for the following week and Anne came out on the Saturday to handle the viewings (she was also great with our pup Milo :). We had offers the same day and used the buyer information from Coppenwall to choose a local buyer in a strong buying position. We'd accepted an offer in less than two weeks from first speaking to them.Coppenwall kept us fully updated throughout the full selling process and even sent us a weekly update email to keep us in the loop on everything that was happening. We never had the need to chase them up and it was refreshing to deal with such a well run company. Don't bother applying with this agency if you are on universal credit the Discrimination is really bad strung me along for 2 weeks instead of just saying no in the first placeOffered to pay whole tenancy upfront as my parents just sold all there properties for close to 1 million and they would of paid anything for me to be close to them as they relocated from Manchester to rossendaleI am single mother on universal credit and just had a new born baby it is not possible for me to workI would recommend reed rains no troubles with them
