Friendly, efficient service

We used Coppenwall to sell my parents home after they moved away from the area. My parents found them friendly during the initial valuation process and liked the way they talked them through the process.I dealt with them during the viewing / sale period and found that they responded to questions and queries very quickly and efficiently. Martine was very helpful in nudging the process along when things seemed to have slowed a little which was great. I would use Coppenwall again, however, it is unlikely that I will be needing to buy or sell property in Rossendale in the future

Don’t put off selling your house like I did! Coppenwall were amazing from the offset. Valuation carried out within 24 hours of initial contact. Again, photos taken within 24 hours of giving them the go ahead. 12 viewings booked in the space of 24 hours and then 3 asking price offers received on the same day. Throughout the actual sale process, Coppenwall were always available via text message, meaning no interruption to my working day and super fast responses. I wish I could give Coppenwall more than 5 stars!

After previously having our house for sale for 8 months with Keenans with very few viewings and poor communication we decided to switch to Coppenwall.. best decision we could have made. Everyone who we dealt with at coppenwall were very professional, pleasant and honest. The process was a breeze and within weeks Coppenwall had secured a great offer! Top experience

This whole experience from start to finish was great. Jack took lovely photos of my house and listed it at a price I was happy with. Duane took the time to explain the contract details to me as it was my first time using an estate agent. Danny did great with viewings and worked hard to get me the best price then Emma kept things moving so we could complete in time for the stamp duty relief. Bought and sold with Coppenwall and would recommend.

I used Coppenwall Eatate Agents to sell the property where my parents lived following their death. I looked at other agents in the area and had appointments with three of them in total. From the initial appointment to the services on offer and fees, Coppenwall just “felt right”.The lad who did the photos (Jack) was very good - he knew the area and appeared to know the market and the photos he took of the property really did put it in its best light, and within hours, the property was in the market.I was also very impressed with how quickly they lined up appointments too - each one which was made, we were not only given a date and time, but we were also given other information and more crucially, feedback into how viewings went. We accepted an offer within a matter of days, and throughout the process, Emma, Dwayne, Jack and Danny were all on-hand to answer any queries, discuss options and basically guide us through the process. All-in-all, a very good service provided at a very good price.

Excellent service and very helpful. We dealt with Jack originally and then Emma who were both easy to talk to and understanding of any ‘niggles’ that inevitably arise during the stress that is involved selling a house. We would use again based on service and fees paid. The only issue we had was the solicitors we used via Coppenwall caused us several communication issues including a very stressful completion date where they were not at all good to deal with. That aside Coppenwall delivered.

We originally tried to sell our house using another estate agent but we were not impressed with their approach or photos of our home and so we parted ways and decided to give Coppenwall a try. Immediately we were impressed and the difference in service was night and day. The photos they took of our home were amazing and the way they presented it online was fantastic. We had viewings right away and we sold really quickly. Everything was done following Covid guidelines etc and we couldn't have been happier with how things were done.Most estate agents follow the same old traditional ways and use the same marketing techniques etc but Coppenwall takes a more modern and fresh approach and they were the cheapest out of them all which surprised us a lot. Amazing estate agents. I got Jack out to give me a valuation and he ended up taking photographs whilst he was there. My house was on the market the next day and sold the day after. Emma was helpful finding me a property to move to. She knows all the houses inside out, and is probably the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Team Coppenwall have been fantastic from day 1 ! Emma kept in touch regularly and responsively to queries, processed viewings efficiently and was always available for contact. Valuation and advertising was processed quickly ....the valuation was accurate, advertising was good quality and viewings were effective with feedback after each one. After agreeing a sale and during subsequent negotiations Team Coppenwall never took their eyes off the ball and kept me in touch right up to completion. Excellent, personal service at any time of day. Always open and welcoming, even at 22.00 when you have a panic or the silliest of queries!Emma, Duane, and Jack took charge of every complication that went against us during Covid. You would not get that service using a mainstream High Street Agency. We know, as we've used them all!Really they've had a rough time with our stress during the last 8 months, but they've took it all in their stride and made us feel calm and confident whilst leading the way.Actually, they should charge a little extra on their fees with the amount of work they do. I've been looking for a property as being disabled

I've been looking for a new property as I'm disabled. I spotted a property and applied from the web site a number of days passed. And l got a text. I did have a missed call from someone but a private number was given so couldnt call bk. I opened the text to an replied to an automated system I left a message saying could they possible call me back the following day, as l couldnt get through. And at 4pm. So today l recieved a call at 2.09pm I did ask the caller if they could call back at 4pm as ld requested as I was in the middle of painting. That was the reason why l requested the call late in the afternoon. His reply was you sent a number of requests. I had originally enquired then got a text and a phone call and replied to the text as no number was left. I'd cleaned up and waited for the call. No call. I tried to access the text message with no luck so googled the company. I got through to what seem a busy office judging by the noise. And to the "owner" of the business so he said after l enquired his name. I explained what had happened and said no one had called and l requested a call at 4pm (I was told l was rude!) l said I'm sorry what do you mean by that?? I was TOLD "were busy, and cant call back at requested times!!" So l said if this was the case why didnt your original caller say so? Rather than me cleaning up and waiting. I was then laughed at, And said we have had alot of ppl interested in that property were busy! Wow!! I said in all the years l worked in business l never felt the need to be that rude! I was then told to "move on" and I'm trying to resolve this!! As he was laughing at me l can only assume gestures were being made! l said well l was wanting to enquire about the house. He seemed exasperated and impatient and he then slammed the phone down on me!! Wow.. As I'm disabled it's hard to do a number of things quickly and l thought l was trying to be helpful by stating a time so l wouldnt be caught when l was painting and wouldnt have been able to take details down.l was fairly distressed as to the whole manner or this phone call by the owner! And how l was treated. l did say I'm sure the owner if the property wouldnt be impressed to lean pertentinal buyers were treated in that manner! l was stunned by the whole affair and when he hung up! And thought what a childish rude obnoxious man! l rang back but clearly he didnt want to answer why he hung up after being so rude. It seems in my haste and being disabled and trying to be organised isnt the right way to be. You should answer the phone when they call and be thankful! I've been looking for a property for a while now and this caught my eye I also looked at other properties on their books. l appreciate ppl can be under pressure with work etc. Their is a reason why ppl say their not available. If l hadnt of called l doubt l would have got a phone call bk especially after he said they had loads of enquiries! I did wait 50 minutes after the time l stated. As a disabled ppl l find l have to build into my day time for doing stuff as l have spinal issues. l dont think their is any need to treat ppl like this. It's clear they were annoyed l wouldnt take the call at 2.09pm!! And rather than call me back at 4pm they decided not to. All rather childish! I'd have fully explained if it wasnt for the whole laughing and flippant comments. It's hard to believe your calling a so called professional company!! Thanks you for your reply. 1. l wouldnt call your company Thanks! Your reply sums up everything I've said.. This is the attitude I've had to endure mocking personal insults because I'm disabled and speaking down to me. Your reply excludes all the FACTS and your inacurracies typifies the attitude of your company. I never shouted or screamed!! l was simply shocked at how bad your staff behaved. I'm surprised your staff member could hear me with all the noise in the office shouting and screaming in the background. Clearly talking to another customer! You left out the truth thought it was the owner l was told l was talking? to after being mocked/laughed at and rude remarks made! Your staff member slammed the phone down!!! And that is the truth! Also your feedback is proberbly fake and made up by friends and family. The attitude from your staff was "weve sold the house were not interested!" I was rather taken back by your appalling unprofessional "staff" oh sorry owner l was told.. Seems that the truth isnt being told, I'm not suprised! Who says we dont call customers back when they request as were busy!! Would you want to deal with an abuse company Like this that mocks ppl? Luck escape!
