Excellent. Highly recommend using Coppenwall to sell you’re property. Really efficient service to get the house to market and SSTC within 2 weeks. Kept everything on track throughout, even when we hit COVID lockdown and incurred delays outside of their control, they kept everyone informed and on board. I have recently began a tenancy under Coppenwall management. From start to present has been refreshingly surprising experience.When I first enquired and explained my situation about being evicted due to the house being sold, they were understanding, helpful and nonjudgmental. From there I asked for a viewing asap if possible and luckily I was able to view the very next day. From there the application process was made easy by with the team’s help. It was explained overall final decision is down to the landlord discretion, which seems to be general thing throughout these days. I asked for my circumstances to be put forward to the landlord, which the team was happy to do. Once we were accepted and it came to signing paperwork l, I had a few question which we’re happily/politely answered almost immediately. Even though some of the questions were probably daft and self explanatory. My surprise comes from how they do things, there is a high standard expected from landlords too. I was shocked to learn the keys will be given once the property had been cleaned throughout. I have never had that I usually have to spend a day or two scrubbing my heart out. I would recommend them 100% from my experience with friendly approachable staff to how efficient they work between tenant and landlord relationship. It is very refreshing.

We couldn’t recommend Emma and the team enough !!! 5 star service from start to finish . They went above and beyond to help with the sale and purchase of our properties . There was always someone available to speak to and communication was excellent . A great team all round no matter who you dealt with ! I originally got several quotes from local estate agents. Coppenwall were the cheapest by thousands of pounds! I remember I did ask, ‘what’s the catch?’Because they don’t have a ‘walk-in office’, that is where money is saved. From the beginning, to the sale of my house, Jack and Emma were enthusiastic, committed and incredibly helpful. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them to others!

We bought our house via Coppenwall. We viewed lots of houses with them and they were very patient and gave us as much time as we needed to have a good look round. On the purchasing side we dealt with Ollie initially and then Emma. We have never bought a house before and they were helpful and patient on guiding us through the process. We were sent weekly updates and any questions I had were dealt with promptly (I was called back with a full answer within minutes every time).
