After having a previous sale fall through due to an issue within the chain, we switched estate agents to Coppenwall and could not be happier. The service we have received has been second to none. They turn up early for all viewings, we do not have to chase for feedback because it’s provided quickly, the staff are professional and friendly and overall they’re helpful and invested in the sale from start to finish. I do not have enough good things to say about Leon in particular- he is consistently thorough and gets the job done as stress-free as can be when selling a house. Thank you!

Excellent Service

Very positive experience selling our property through Coppenwall. As we don’t live close to the property the team handled all aspects of viewings and the sale on our behalf and kept us informed of progress at all stages. Big thanks to Ollie who responded promptly to any queries.

Coppenwall were absolutely amazing with our property sale and Jack and the team were super helpful. Right from the beginning when Jack took the photos of our property which looked absolutely fantastic, it was sold within days. Coppenwall kept us updated every week without fail and always answered the telephone. They always returned our call and Jack was just so knowledgeable about the industry which was invaluable to our selling and buying process. Thank you once again coppenwall.

We would recommend Coppenwall Estate Agents, we have had a great service. Emma and the team have been a great help to us over the period of our sale. They have helped us every step of the way. The agent who showed prospective buyers around our property was always respectful and looked after the property whilst we were not there. We were pleased with the presentation of our property and how the sale was handled.

Bloody brilliant!! Highly recommend

It’s my second time using Coppenwall to sell my home and i definitely wouldn’t use anyone else!! The communication is fantastic, the new portal was amazing to be able to see viewing appointments and feedback and all other relevant parts of the process in one place. They were always on hand to answer any queries and they did viewings very quickly and were super flexible with that for the buyers (trust me not all work this way I can confirm that when trying to arrange viewings to buy property there is such a difference in processes and flexibility)
