Don’t put off selling your house like I did! Coppenwall were amazing from the offset. Valuation carried out within 24 hours of initial contact. Again, photos taken within 24 hours of giving them the go ahead. 12 viewings booked in the space of 24 hours and then 3 asking price offers received on the same day. Throughout the actual sale process, Coppenwall were always available via text message, meaning no interruption to my working day and super fast responses. Always willing to go out of their way to push the sale along any way they could. 5* service. Highly recommend! Thanks Team Coppenwall.

Everything you need in an agency

This agency were not working for us they were acting for our seller for the house we were buying. Unfortunately we didn’t have any experience in selling or buying a house so we were at a loss. But this agency stepped in and were wonderful to us ,giving advice and a listening ear. So kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Kept us fully updated on the progress. I would highly recommend this office to anybody. They’re the best. We got through it. Thanks to you all Team Coppenwall.

Ollie from start to finish was unreal

Ollie from start to finish was unreal. He conducted him self well and presented him self really well through the viewing for the property down the us been accepted for the property he kept us informed through everything and made us aware what changes were been made and any general updates needed he was the first to ring us straight away. He was polite and took into account any messages we wanted to pass on to the owner he passed over and he delivered. I suggest if you’re going through coopenwall you specifically ask for Ollie the guys amazing at his job.

Team Coppenwall sold my house in less than three weeks, the vendors before them didn’t seem to care. Emma and her team kept me informed at all times, and were there anytime I called, even in the middle of the current pandemic.I cannot recommend them highly enough.Professional and courteous to the end.

Excellent estate agents

Coppenwall have just sold my house in Whitworth. From start to finish Emma and her team have been excellent. They arranged and conducted viewings very professionally and were in touch with me throughout the process. Emma kept the process moving along when the sale slowed down and I cannot fault them. I think enthusiastic and professional sums them up. I highly recommend them.

I chose coppenwall to sell my home…

I chose coppenwall to sell my home because Emma was knowledgable and super friendly. I had a few issues with buyers pulling out and then Covid 19 happened. I put my house back up for sale in December 2020 & sold very quickly even in another national lockdown. Coppenwall were great & I only have positive things to say about the whole team. Thank you for making the sale so easy! We got there in the end. Lauren & Tim.

Decided to go with Coppenwalls not just because of the valuation, but also because of the initiatives taken by Leon, his honest opinions, and the constant updates and communications. When Leon said he would keep in touch, he did so, when he gave a time he kept to it. The process has been made so much easier because of Leon's attentive attitude and professional manner.
