Brilliant service from start to completion!

Coppenwall sold our house for us. The whole process was easy and they kept us informed throughout. They came and took pictures at a suitable time, took the time to arrange viewings around us working from home. We received a weekly update letting us know what stage the sale was at, which was really useful. Excellent service from all the team :) We highly recommend Coppenwall and would 100% use them again!

Thanks team Coppenwall amazing service and very catering, with working long hours you provided a late communication need. Emma was brilliant fully upto date with everything and couldn't do enough for us. Emma even was involved in things that didn't concern her she went above and beyond. Jack is really nice very polite and well mannered again keeps his promises always returned my calls and updated me nothing was to much trouble. Duanne text all the time and spoke to both me and my husband which was hard work at times. We would 100% recommend you and again thanks for all your hard work. Love Ashleigh and Patrick x

Exceptionally good!

Coppenwall has seen me through the sale of two properties, one with a sitting tenant and one where a sitting tenant had to move out. The first sale wasn.t easy but I've already posted a positive review because Coppenwall were fantastic and saw me through it confidently and reassuringly. The second one was an even more complicated and difficult procedure that lasted over a year: I don't think I could have done it without the help and support from the whole team at Coppenwall. They found a buyer quickly, helped honestly and fairly with the valuing and the negotiations with her, and kept us both up to date throughout the process. Emma and Martine in particular kept me informed, found me local tradesmen to do necessary things at short notice, liaised for me with the tenant who became increasingly difficult to deal with, and generally saw me through the whole lengthy difficult process. Always cheerful, professional and downright practical at all times, and completely dependable. I can't recommend them highly enough. Lucy Cooper

A very professional team, that go the extra mile.They not only find a buyer, they push the sale through and keep you updated on every twist and turn of the process. We had a buyer who pulled out at the last minute after agreeing to buy and within 24 hours Emma had found a new buyer who went on to buy our property. I can't praise Emma and her team enough, for their dedication and coolness in holding everything together through the last week's of lockdown. They have gone beyond there remit and I would definitely recommend Coppenwall estate agents with their fair fee of £995, why would you pay anymore.

Emma has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. After having other estate agents come in at low valuations, Emma came in with her expert knowledge of the local market and achieved a sale of our home in less than a week at a much higher valuation than the other local estate agents suggested, all for a very reasonable fee too! The advert and pictures Emma composed were to a very high standard and showcased our home to it's full potential. Emma was also professional and available to deal with any of our queries, she makes you feel like your sale is her priority, we cant reccomeend Emma and Coppenwall enough! Thanks again Sam & Louise

Coppenwall really disappointed us

Coppenwall really disappointed us, which is a shame as they had a really positive start with us.The valuation of the house and putting the house on the market was faultless. The staff member who viewed the house was friendly, knowledgeable and local. His estimate was spot on, when other local agents underestimated the price of the property.Unfortunately that's where the good factors ended. When we were made an offer, the agent failed to disclose that the buyer has a 95% mortgage. This meant that come conveyancing time we had to decrease the price by almost 8K, due to lacking funds from the buyer, and almost lost us our new house. From that point onwards communication was just poor. I would receive the occasional text which were always addressed to my partner, despite me correcting them repeatedly that it wasn't her number. We would also receive a weekly status update which was useless as the information was always old.I ended up doing all the chasing of the solicitor and the sellers estate agents because otherwise it simply wouldn't have been done.Come moving date (5 months later), I received no help from coppenwall about what would happen on moving day and what I needed to do to fulfill my obligations. I did get a call on moving day saying that the funds had cleared from the buyer, but once again the solicitor had already told me this an hour ago.We did raise a complaint letter with Coppenwall and got a response phone call and then subsequent letter from the Director. It seemed like the tone was to be apologetic if we were upset, but not taking any blame. The essence being that they couldn't prove or disprove what their agents say or do so they couldn't verify our complaint and thus it was mute.I have already discouraged 4 people from using Coppenwall when they asked about our experience. Hopefully we were the exception and they are generally a much higher standard.

Absolutely over the moon with Emma and what she has done for us. We initially listed our property on the market with a local agent for nearly eight months and with no sale in sight. Emma has been amazing, she saw that I was Struggling for advice regarding my parents property and got in touch straight away. The house went up for sale and within 1 week sold!!! She has helped my mum and dad so much due to him having a disability it’s been quite a difficult choice to make as they didn’t want to move but his illness is making that choice.
