Sold Within 24 Hours!

I received several valuations prior to putting my property on the market and decided to list with Coppenwall as they were the most efficient (in terms of communication and service). Jack came to take photos and floor plans at 10 am on a Thursday morning and the property was listed the same afternoon. I had two viewings booked in for the following day and was offered full asking price by the first viewer. I like that Coppenwall update you constantly via their text service, (which should be the case in the 21st Century) unlike some of the Estate Agents in the area, who don't seem to have moved forward with the times.I also appreciate that they are transparent, helpful and no nonsense. I had a query with the contract at the beginning and it was clarified and fixed within seconds. The cost of estate agents' services in Rossendale are pretty similar, but value for money is very different! I would definitely use Coppenwall again and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others. Great job guys!

I was well satisfied

I tried out several estate agents before selecting Coppenwall. I chose them because they made the most sense, particularly on price, and realistic assessment of what was achievable. The fixed fee struck me as very fair. The house sold for £30,000 more than the asking price some of the other agencies wanted to use. It is very easy for agencies to identify more with buyers than with sellers because they need to develop more of a relationship with buyers to make the sale. Coppenwall proved to get the balance right. The other agencies seemed more interested in a quick sale than in maximising my value in the property. Overall, I was well satisfied.

Really impressed with Coppenwall

Really impressed with Coppenwall. We had a long, complicated and difficult sale, had a purchase fall through at the 11th hour and through it all Emma and all of her team were calm, helpful, diligent and tireless. Their marketing of our house was great, they put together an excellent set of details on RightMove with loads of good photos, and they got us a steady stream of potential buyers. Their guys who did the viewings were great - and very COVID aware and safe!On top of it all they did all this for less than half the price that some other, more traditional estate agents had quoted us.10 out of 10, incredibly pleased with their entire service and team.

From the first moment I spoke to them Coppenwall have been nothing short of fantastic. If you choose Coppenwall you will not be disappointed. Quick accurate valuation. No hard sales pitch or upvaluing to get you to choose them. Just honest, helpful efficent service. We choose them over other local agents as we felt instantly comfortable with them and really appreciated there transparency and professionalism. Seb who valued our property and was our main point of contact was amazing. He was knowledgable about the area, had clearly done his research and already knew so much about the house and street. He kept in contact, answering my many questions quickly. Photos and the listing was arranged quickly but we never felt rushed.They then managed all our viewings, and achieved a sale on our house within 2 weeks of it being listed. Coppenwall were the agents for a property we have recently purchased, I was that impressed with the way they worked I decided to put my house on the market with them. I am not one to write reviews but all the team at Coppenwall truly deserve the credit. I cannot fault them at all, they all went above and beyond on several occasions and when they say they are going to do something they do it. Quick, simple and easy.

We both bought our new home and sold our home through Coppenwall. The sale process was so simple, text messages to confirm when viewings were booked and a round up of feedback. It’s fair to say that one or two of the viewings weren’t without incident however the team acted professionally and nothing was too much effort. The best estate agency

As you all might know some estate agents can be difficult to work with. We have been looking for a house for a year and have dealt with a few agencies. Some wouldn't know what they are selling, not a clue, some would withhold important drawbacks on purpose in a hope you wouldn't ask, some would try to lure you with false advertising. But not these guys. This agency is honest, competent, the most efficient out of all ones we have come across. Emma answers your questions swiftly, she links the seller and the buyer so the information gets passed on immediately. The speed Emma works with is unbelievable. These guys are so fast that the sale gets moving only because of them. Emma replies to your messages any time of the day which is so rare. We were very impressed with Coppenwall's work. It was just a pleasure to deal with them. Our solicitor didn't believe the sale could be completed that fast but thanks to the Coppenwall agency it was. Remarkable job!!! 10 out of 10.
