Fantastic estate agent

Fantastic estate agent! I've sold two properties and bought another with team coppenwalll all at the same time, they made sure everything ran smoothly with regular calls from Jack and Danny with updates. Danny sold both of my properties one within three days and the other within two weeks for full asking price. Thankyou so much its been a pleasure and stress free experience!

Helpful Rawtenstall branch

Ollie from the Rawtenstall branch has been excellent to deal with and we commend Coppenwall for recruiting such a helpful and friendly person to their team. He has been super supportive to us from hosting our viewing through to negotiating with the vendor with his exceptional and down-to-earth interpersonal customer service skills. Hopefully other estate agents will take note.

Highly recommend Coppenwall

Fantastic service, constant communication and nothing was too much trouble for them.Within 24 hours of listing our property we had 10 viewings booked in and an offer after the second viewing. I found the text and email updates throughout the sale really helpful and Emma and Jack offered lots of advice and reassurance throughout.I wouldn’t hesitate to use Coppenwall again. Thanks for everything!

Sold our property in 24 hours!

I would give Coppenwall a massive thank you on selling our property with in 24hours. Emma and Duane work extremely hard in the office whilst Jack works out and about doing valuations on properties. Nothing is to much trouble, always keeping you informed each step of the way and putting you’re mind at rest. Excellent team - we would like to give them five stars Janet n Paul

Amazing experience

We was both moving out of our parents and we had no idea about moving house. When we viewed the house we are moving into the woman was so lovely and chatty, and answered all of our questions. Once we had confirmation of our home Coppenwall and our landlord were so friendly and kind, we couldn’t ask for anyone better. Thank you so much for all your help and support, would recommend Coppenwall to everyone.

Fast, friendly, helpful and efficient

Emma did a brilliant job selling my property, she lined up viewings and I got a full price offer on day 1. When that buyer later pulled out, she had viewings line up again for a couple of days later, and sold it again on the first day of viewings. Her comms, friendliness and advice were all really appreciated. I absolutely recommend Coppenwall to any seller.

Property Sale Newchurch

I live in Aylesbury and my property was in Rossendale so required an Estate agent who I could trust to handle the viewings, keys and negotiations with perspective purchasers. Coppenwall certainly did the job and kept me fully informed throughout the transaction. Thank you team Coppenwall you are highly recommended. I wish you well going forward with your business. Gary

Great service from everyone

Great service from everyone but special mentions to Jack, who did the valuation which was realistic and accurate; Daniel, who showed buyers around and helped convince them; and, the real heroine of the sale, Emma, who made up for the inadequacies of our solicitors by finding the reasons behind delays and helped us to resolve them.
