TrustpilotSuperstars
Emma and The Team at Coppenwall got us over the line with our difficult house sale after lengthy legal complications exacerbated by Covid. We can’t thank them enough for their hard work, patience and we trusted them throughout. Special mention goes to Jack who was able to calm me down on a particularly stressful day in the middle of things - he could have a second career as a hostage negotiator!
Thanks very much, Susan it's been a pleasure.

TrustpilotBest Estate Agent ever.
I sold my property with Coppenwall in 2020. They are professional, courteous, and advise you on how to get the best price to sell your property but also to buy your next. I'd recommend them to anyone, they have an uncomplicated pricing structure, and there are no hidden fees. Brilliant service! I would only use them going forward, and since then, 3 of our friends have sold with Coppenwall. Go, team!
Thanks Swati, speak to you soon..

TrustpilotExcellent service
Excellent service. Very quick response to our request for a valuation which was very convenient as we live some distance away from the property involved. Their advertising produced almost immediate results. After the sale of the property we received regular updates until completion. They even offered to visit the property regularly to ensure it was secure in our absence.
Great review David, and glad to be of service, all the best.

TrustpilotA big help
As a landlord I had a very difficult time with a tenant.Team Coppenwall were most helpful in swiftly identifying a suitable new tenant and helping me to prepare the property for the new tenant. They arranged photos and ensured all was readyEmails answered promptly and the whole process went smoothly. Some of the communication had to be done whilst I was at sea, and they kindly showed understanding that an immediate response on my part was not always possible.I would certainly recommend.
