I had several estate agents come to value my house and not only did Jack from Coppenwall come across as the friendliest and most knowledgeable of the area, he also valued it the highest! Coppenwall's fees were also slightly cheaper than other agents I asked. I lowered the price slightly after a couple of weeks as I wanted a quick sale but still sold the house for more than what the other agents had recommended I advertised at! After accepting the offer I had weekly emails informing me of the stage I was at which saved me having to ring up and ask! Whenever I did ring the office the staff were always friendly and helpful. I have no complaints whatsoever and would thoroughly recommend Coppenwall to all my friends and family!

Fantastic service and team.By far the best estate agents in Rossendale. Don’t go anywhere else when selling your house. FacebookI cant recommend Emma enough, shes very professional, extremely enthusiastic with nothing being too much trouble. She found a buyer for our home within a few weeks, and was very flexible on her availablity for viewings, which im sure helped to secure a deal. We have definately received a 5 star service, and her prices are extremely competitive in comparison to other agents. I would highly recommend using Coppenwall if you're thinking of selling your home.

We used Coppenwall to sell our house. As we had to complete most of the process from overseas, we went with their most expensive all-included package. We found them unfailingly helpful and polite from beginning to end of the process. We were particularly impressed by their realism and advice on the house price, which ensured that not only did we sell the house almost immediately, we did so over-asking as the realistic price encouraged multiple bidders. Definite recommend!!!

Team Coppenwall have and are supporting me with the sale of my house and purchase of a new home. The team are great with regards of keeping me in the loop with lines of communication always open. They have gone the extra mile and 'thought outside if the box' when I lost a purchaser of my property due to unforeseen circumstances. The team worked swiftly to get the house back on the market and new purchasers were found within days. I was extremely impressed buy the photo's and write up of my property. I have used Coppenwall to sell my buy-to-let property this year. Having previously lived for many years in the property I was sentimentally attached to it. All the members of team Coppenwall know the area extremely well and were not only efficient and professional in getting the property advertised, described and promoted but were also considerate both of my attachment to it and the needs of the lovely tenant who lives in it still. I was kept informed of progress at every stage, given useful advice and reassurance throughout. The property has sold for a good price to a satisfied buyer (and from a very satisfied seller). I am already confident that my other property will be handled equally efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending Coppenwall Estates.

We were recommended to use Coppenwall by a friend of ours who is an estate agent in Bury. Although he didn’t know anyone who worked there he had heard good things and he was completely right, from the fixed fee to ease of communication they really have got it down to a fine art. To be safe we did get a few quotes and estimated values of our property from other estate agents. We found although some agents had fancy brochures and a nice representative that came round, they didn’t seem to WANT our business or care. Their fees were significantly more, their valuation was off the mark and their online reviews were very poor. I would suggest you look online.Our experience of dealing with Coppenwall has not ended with just selling our property. They seemed to care more when we wanted to view properties as well. We were actually told by one estate agent in the valley “we don’t work weekends”! I wonder why that property had been on the market for over 6 months. We sold ours in just 6 days. We approved the advert on the Wednesday, had a request for viewing on Thursday, Viewing on Friday, second viewing Monday and sold. Coppenwall were in touch via text, emails and calls every step of the way. Absolutely great we would recommend them to anyone.
