Excellent

I’ve just sold my home through Coppenwall and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We invited several estate agents to value our property, but from the very beginning Coppenwall stood out as the best fit for us. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Our property sold quickly, and having access to the online dashboard made it so easy to keep track of the sale progression, updates and everything that was happening behind the scenes. The whole team were friendly, approachable and always happy to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Selling a home can be stressful, but Coppenwall made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. A well-deserved five stars from me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Coppenwall to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Five star service again from the team with a special shout out to Mia. I have sold two properties through Coppenwall and they are my go to agent, honest, accurate, reliable and I feel by far the best agent in the area! I’m sure I will be in touch in the near future for the next sale.

We chose Coppenwall in the sale of my Sister's house after she passed away. From day one we have dealt primarily with Sebastian. We accepted an offer in March making everyone aware the estate was going through probate. After months of waiting for the Courts and probate being granted we were let down when the buyer pulled out one day before exchanging contracts.Straight away Sebastian was on the case and within two weeks we had resold. As we live four hours away Sebastian has dealt with everything. We would recommend team Coppenwall as agents especially Sebastian.

Understanding and Thoughful

Coppenwall have been amazing to work with so far. I am currently finishing the survey process and they have been in contact with me, giving me updates and ensuring I stay on track. I got myself almost an immediate reply when asking to view the house and they were very kind when showing me around the house. Any questions I've asked Mia has responded promptly and clearly. Even giving me recommendations for solicitors and surveyors if I needed them. She has stayed patient even with the delays of my Mortgage Offer and offered any help need at every step so far.

Exceptional Service

Having had a property fall through when buying from another estate agents who were poor in every aspect, going through a sale with Coppenwall has been nothing but brilliant. They have been informative the whole process, were available to do viewings after 5pm and at weekends which was really helpful. Mia in particular for us was a star and really pushed everything over the line when we needed it to be complete fast. High recommendations from our family, thank you Team Coppenwall!

Selling a home

Having not sold/ purchased a property for some time, its hard to keep abreast of the procedure, time scale and general ups and downs. Millie at Coppenwall helped me through these in a fair and practical way. As a individual of older years I sometimes find it frustrating dealing with computers and modern modes of communication. I'm glad to say I recieved help in the good old fashioned way of talking.

I am currently supporting Millie to complete her apprenticeship programme. Over the past 5 months, Millie has been very diligent and continues to develop and learn. She has been confident enough to gather feedback from others and strives to do the right thing all of the time. It's been a pleasure to work with Millie and I hope she continues down this path to a long and successful career with Coppenwall.

Millie and Sebastian

Millie was excellent and very helpful. I spoke to her several times prior to submitting our offer, she was always very polite and friendly. Millie was also very quick to respond. The gentleman, Sebastian, that showed us the property was also great. He answered every question we had. Seb was honest and very welcoming. We could not recommend Coppenwall Estate Agents enough. They made first time buying easy and straightforward. :)

Fabulous Team Coppenwall

I can't recommend Coppenwall highly enough. Priced fairly and the service from all the team is 5 star. Finally completed on what has been a marathon to achieve a sale of my property. Its been frustrating and stressful. Coppenwall have worked hard to get the sale through to completion managing the whole experience professionally, calmly and with sensible advice from start to finish. Mia, Olly and Emma were my main contacts on the team and all were fantastic throughout. Thank you.

A Conveyancers Review

Seb is one of the most proactive agents that we have worked with in the local area, regularly obtaining updates and sharing relevant information up and down the chain to ensure that the sale went through without hiccups and holdups. A pleasure to deal with, an Estate Agent who knows and understands what is involved and timelines needed. A credit to the industry.
