If you are looking to sell your house I would highly recommend Charles Louis. Brilliant service and friendly Estate Agents . Their service and Arial pictures via a Drone, which was included in the price . They are Available 7 days a week and even out of office hours puts them miles ahead of any other Estate Agents. In my opinion, don't even bother asking other Estate Agents, just go to the Best, Charles Louis. Fantastic service.

WOW firstly the houses at Spenbrook are fantastic, the area of outstanding natural beauty has that status for one reason it is outstanding, all the community in the area are lovely and really caring but the thing that has amazed me the most is that every single trade on site treats every house as if it is their home. If there is an award for developer of the year the Spenbrook wins for 2022!! Make sure you check out the site as the properties are selling really fast and move your family to their forever home.

We really can not recommend Charles Louis enough. We have been landlords living abroad now for nearly 20 years and in all that time we have never had such good service from any of the managing estate agents (and there has been a few), as we have from Charles Louis. The absolute professionalism from every single employee that we deal with is an absolute pleasure, the decorum they present themselves with and deal within is true and we honestly just can't fault them. They have been an absolute breath of air this last 6 months, taking care of our rented property in Lancashire whilst we ourselves have been moving back from abroad. It's meant we haven't had to deal with or worry about any of the problems that have risen (again, a fair few) and it's all just been dealt with to a very high standard. Both our property and our tenant has been looked after impeccably and we wish we have brought them on to look after our property sooner.

We have recently both sold and purchased our homes with Charles Louis homes. James, Zoe and the extended Charles Louis family have been fantastic since our first contact. Having only ever bought one previous property (23 years ago!) we needed the support and guidance to help us on our journey. Charles Louis certainly effortlessly provided this. It was important to us that we chose a local agent who knew the local market. They did an amazing job marketing the property with the use of their pictures and video tours and secured us a very quick sale the same week. On first meeting James and Zoe we felt very comfortable and at ease. We have found the whole team to be honest, approachable, friendly, efficient and professional. They have always kept us in the loop and been contactable when needed. They return calls and emails promptly and have always found a solution to any hiccups along the way. Estate agents usually get a bad rap, but our experience with Charles Louis Homes as been the exact opposite. James Birch in particular was on the case from the off, advising on an accurate sale price based on recently sold properties nearby. Nothing was too much trouble, the way our property was present made a huge impact on sales enquires. Our house was sold to the first person and an offer within the first 24 hours! AND the valuation was spot on. James handle the sales process swiftly and kept us informed at every stage. I cannot recommend them highly enough! If I could give SIX STARS I would.
