Top class service from Charles Louis Homes. Partners Zoe & Jamie are personable, knowledgeable & unstuffy. We sold our house to the first viewer. Unfortunately although we were only in a chain of 4, progressing our move was far from easy due to poor compliance at one end of the chain. Special mention must be made of Helen Grieve who regularly updated us & worked tirelessly, including outside office hours. We cannot praise her enough for her dogged determination to achieve our sale & purchase.

We recently sold our home with Charles Louis and I could not recommend them enough. Zoe, James and Helen did a fantastic job from start to finish. The photos and marketing looked superb. Viewings were well organised and feedback was always requested with leads followed up in a timely manner. Once our sale was agreed Helen did a brilliant job despite one or two issues along the way. Her persistence absolutely paid off and the sale completed as we had hoped for. Just been to see a “must see”, massively overvalued property, it was in a shocking condition, didn’t meet the description, the estate agent said they only got the keys this morning- so how did they value it? Badly, not worth anything near the ridiculous £320k they want for a building they’ve never seen. Worst case of breach of advertising standards I’ve seen in a long time. What you can’t see is it absolutely stinks. Avoid.

Brilliant service from probably the most efficient and friendly Estate Agents in the North West. Their service and Arial pictures via a Drone, which was included in the price and not an expensive extra really made an impact. Available 7 days a week and even out of office hours puts them miles ahead of any other Estate Agents. In my opinion, don't even bother asking other Estate Agents, just go to the Best, Charles Louis. Also they sold my daughter's house for £40,000 more than a rival Estate Agent valued it at. We will definitely use again, if ever we move.
