GoogleI had a bad experience last year with another letting agent, so i was a bit worried about going through the same process all over again, but seriously, i can't thank Robinson Michael and Jackson enough, in my case i meet Izabela, Nina and Lee and i must take my hat off to them, what a fantastic team!! They got great communication skills from start to finish and the main and most important thing for me is that they got the job done. We will highly recommend these professionals and, without a doubt, we will use them again. Thank you very much Jonathan Perez and Kasia Perez

GoogleAfter an awful experience with another estate agency, we are still a bit of apprehensive with this estate agency. The letting team found me a tenant with in few days which we were impressed, the letting team works really professional. Hopefully this estate agency is the one I can trust.
Agent replied · 2 October 2023
Its always hard to know who you can and cannot trust with your investment property. We always encourage clients to do their research on agents and Google reviews are a big part of that, so thank you for leaving this for us. We have you a tenant already, once we have shown you that you can trust us with the management, we would ask if you can up the review to 5 stars. Many thanks Kelly and the lettings team

GoogleHad them in for a valuation. Extremely disappointing, 3 bed extended semi off road parking big garden. And completely self contained 1 bed annex at the end of the garden.on a very popular road backing on to school car park. And they said £375000 talk about undervalued. 🤯 …

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience. It's a shame that you are disappointed with the value given, however we will not apologise for giving you an honest opinion. We put a lot of work in to prepare for a valuation appointment, which was presented to you at the meeting. You are completely entitled to disagree and seek other opinions and we wish you all the best with it. Lee and the team

GoogleHad an initial conversation with Izabela! From the start of the conversation till the end, she was so warm, extremely lovely, engaging, and expressed so much enthusiasm it made me feel so comfortable about the starting this massive process. Naturally commencing the 'First Time Buyer' journey can be rather daunting, but speaking to Izabela calmed the nerves which previously stopped me from making the call. She was fantastic, couldn't be happier with how my first call went!
