GoogleBuying a house in these difficult financial times is not an easy task, the process is stressful and most times overwhelming. I would have given up my search had it not been for Izabela Silva. You were a beacon of light in a very dark time in my life. Thank you for making my experience manageable and dare I say - even enjoyable. GoogleI have just sold my house with Lee and his team at the RMJ rainham office. I can't express how impressed I was with the whole experience. Not only did they get me 10k over asking price within 3 weeks of marketing, but managed to wrap the whole process up in less than 3 months. Once under offer, the service doesn't end there, unlike 99% of other agents ive encountered. I was passed over into the hands of Nina, rmj rainhams sales progressor, I can't thank Nina enough for her help and support throughout the after sales, dealing with my solicitors and making sure myself and the buyer was up to date at every step. Thanks again to all at rmj rainham, you are all true professionals. Always with the clients best interest above your own. I would never go anywhere else. As a seller you may pay a little more than other firms but you will get back more than what you pay for in the long run. In my case 10k more! :-)

GoogleMy first introduction to RMJ was when Lee Franklin came to value my property. Lee was prepared, professional, personable and ultimately, the reason why I decided to instruct RMJ. He represented the agent well. I was on a tight timescale to get the property photographed, marketed and an open day organised, RMJ happily and successfully worked to meet my timescales. We sold on the first open day. Once I was under offer I came under the care of Nina who is the Sales Progressor. Nina was brilliant, in what was quite a tricky chain (challenging and aloof solicitor at the end of the chain). Side note: always use the suggested solicitors, they are suggested for a reason, good communication, works well with agent, and shows urgency when needed. Nina and the RMJ team went over and above expectations on many occasions (I’m still very grateful), managed my expectations, and was in constant communication. Nina really pushed to get my exchange/completion over the line. Would highly recommend RMJ Rainham.

GoogleNIna and the team at RMJ, worked so hard on the sale of our property, the marketing is excellent and nothing was ever to much for them, they sold it the first time round in under 5 days but unfortunately the chain collapsed, but then they re marketed and sold the property to a new buyer and we was completed in under 6 weeks. Nina was outstanding being the progression advisor she seemed to always be a step ahead of the Solisitor and is excellent at her job, Highly rated they done a great job thanks all of you. We used Cook Taylor wood house solicitors for the sale and purchase but they wouldn’t be for us again

GoogleContacted for a property listed on Zoopla near wimbledon. Lovely staff and very helpful. However, the advert was showing false location as it was outside london. When addressed it, i was still asked to view the property and got completely ignored on my report. What is more frustrating is that the address on the advert got changed too. Very disappointing and a time waste. False advertising!! Be aware!

Do not underestimate the need for an intermediary between buyers and the chain something you do not get with the likes of PB. Massive thanks to Charley, Lee and the team.

GoogleThe agents at Robinson & Micheal are exceptional namely; Kelly, Ellie, Stacey, Nikki & Jessie. I viewed a property they were offering and made an offer to the landlords. Once the offer was accepted, these women worked tirelessly to ensure that the referencing and payment process ran smoothly and we were able to move in. They were readily available to help for every question or issue we might’ve ran into, and made sure to check in regularly to ensure that we were doing our part. All in all, this was an amazingly smooth experience and I would recommend Robinson & Jackson for all your property sales/lettings needs!

GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to the whole RMJ team at Rainham but especially to Learna, and obviously Nina. Learna was the first person to show us around our home several times, ensuring we had a good amount of time to soak it in and was friendly, professional and overall just really lovely every time we saw her. Nina has been organised, friendly and persistent and kept us informed every step of the way as well as chasing the solicitors where necessary to ensure we had a speedy purchase. The team are only ever a phone call away and were always happy to answer any questions we had, and came back to us in a timely manner if they needed to collect more information to answer our question. As and when the time comes, we will definitely be returning to RMJ. I cannot thank you all enough! You’ve made our process of purchasing our first home a memorable one for all the right reasons.
