GoogleFrom start to finish, the Robinson Michael & Jackson office were giving us information everyday practically. Questions I hadn’t thought to asking were answered, dates and requirements were all met. It was a constant stream of reassurance. It was a completely stress free experience and one that they all should be very proud of. We were treated as though we were the only customer but I know how busy they all were. Taking time to talk to us was never an issue and our requests were also never an issue. Well done to the team. Amazing we now have a family home thanks to you guys.

I was unsure of exactly what I needed to do and I found Ellie and the rest of the team to be informative, professional and supportive throughout the process. GoogleRMJ Rainham Branch managed the rental of my property. The repairs they arranged were expensive and the work was substandard, after the first two issues I managed all repairs myself even though I still paid a monthly fee. I was overcharged by £400.00 for the repairs they arranged. The error was only discovered by myself two years later. When I queried where my money had been for two years, I was told it was in a suspense account. I received aprox £42 compensation. Most questions I had were met with “well it’s a grey area”. It took 77 days to receive a reply to my complaint.

GoogleWe had an amazing time with RMJ from start to finish, the team Ryan, Jo, Isabel were very professional, helpful and polite there was never a question they could not answer and even though I phoned so many times they were patient. With regards to Nina who was a delight to work with, she was extremely helpful and although it was frustrating dealing with queries etc., she was able to alleviate my fears and kept us positive. The end of the transaction was very fraught but again Nina was such a professional she was on the case and we now have exchanged and completed. All in all it was a very pleasant experience but also stressful. We would recommend RMJ wholeheartedly. For reference please use Cook Taylor Woodhouse solicitors they are amazing and very on the ball.
