Absolutely awful company to be using for Lettings. The Lettings department is definitely one the worst I’ve dealt with whilst renting and I can say my partner and I are blessed that we didn’t fully take the property on. Lies after lies and the lack of communication between them, us and homelet during referencing. The fact that Homelet was still doing our referencing after these idiots decided to move onto the next tenants speaks volumes. We had to inform Homelet that we weren’t going forward with the property any further 😂 oh and don’t get me started about the lies revolving getting our holding deposit back… not again and please don’t go for this company if you don’t want to be scammed.

I had my house up for sale with another estate agent and despite having numerous viewings they seemed to send people that were not ready to buy my type of property. With a long contract I was stuck. When Robinson Michael & Jackson valued the property they offered a short contract and the house was sold. Unfortunately this fell through several weeks into the sale, but the staff at Rainham were efficient and professional as they arranged more viewings and I was able to accept a new sale. It’s been a long journey as we have encountered issues along the way but the staff kept me updated and reassured. Thank you to the Rainham team.

I have recently sold my house through RMJ and I cannot recommend them enough. I have used other estate agents in the past and they do not even come close to the level of service you receive from RMJ. We found a house that we really loved before we placed our own house on the market and we therefore worried about how quickly we could sell to be in a position to offer to get our dream home. RMJ without delay came round to the house and produced some amazing photographs and a brilliant video tour which we were so impressed with. All our family and friends commented on the quality of the video which was uploaded so quickly online which highlights the modern, sophisticated and fantastic sale techniques that RMJ have. We instantly got viewings in high numbers with multiple offers being received. RMJ always kept us informed and never put any pressure on us. During the whole sale you were left reassured that you was with an estate agent that was doing their best and who you could 100% trust. Whenever we attended the RMJ office or spoke on the phone we were fully informed of what was happening, updated regularly and never kept guessing, having previously had this frustration with other estate agents. Once the sale was going through for our dream home which was through an online agency the communication with this online company was practically non existent but Charley at RMJ managed the whole chain through to completion. Charley made sure everything was on track, she stayed in regular contact with solicitors on all sides. Charley was an absolute star, without her and RMJ we would not have had clue of what was going on and wouldn’t be where we are today. Thank you to everyone at RMJ for the fantastic service, it is because of you that we are living in our dream home. My experience from start to finish while moving with RMJ was incredibly helpful. In fact I have moved home several times, and I can assure you that this agentcy go to the n th degree to make your move as smooth as it possibly can be!!. There were of course times during the letting when things became precarious, as is the nature of the business, but without, Kelly's (Manager) help, together with Nikki's, Libby's and Ellie's, my partner and I would not have been able to come together in my now home. Robinson, Michael & Jackson recently sold my house in Gillingham. The open day was on the Saturday & by the Monday it was sold ! There was no doubt that I was staggered at how quickly they got it sold, they were also quick to get the photos done, make it live on Right Move & also be available for any enquiries that I had. They are extremely professional, fair in price with their fees & they took the stress out of it all for me, by having the experience, expertise & dealing with everything in my behalf. To make it as stress free as positive. They actually managed to turn it into a positive experience for me, when im a natural born worrier, they were at hand to offer advice. Extremely pleased with the service, I would not recommend any other estate agent to use than this one, they are trust worthy, honest, professional & friendly. Ryan the sales negotiator has been the person who did my photos, helped me with enquiries. He is great, he has knowledge, experience, he is friendly & has a cant do enough attitude.

I first encountered Robinson, Michael, Jackson when viewing a property they were selling. This didn't quite work out and we ended up purchasing a buy to let via another Estate Agent. Throughout what felt was an eternity, the Rainham Branch kept in touch during this time just to check in and see how the purchase was going. I'm sure we ended up speaking with everyone on the team who were always lovely. When the sale eventually completed, Kelly visited, provided us with some figures for the let and off we went. Every time we rang the branch to speak with the team about it, whether it be Ellie, Libby, Nikki or Kelly that we spoke too, they all knew the relevant information or update on our let with Stacey sorting the final completion. I can honestly say that they made this whole process so much easier and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in our situation. Great team.

They were managing the property I was purchasing, and not only did they provide regular updates - from the point of making the offer right through to completion on the property - they were also incredibly reassuring throughout a particularly stressful period in the weeks leading up to exchange and completion. With the estate agent I was selling my own property through providing very little assistance and solicitors also delaying things, I felt the team at Robinson Michael & Jackson (especially Lee) were 100% committee to getting my sale through and providing advice throughout the process. I'd have no hesitation recommending them or using them again in future.

Well it was 8 weeks and 1 day from the moment the first meeting our estate agent and the completion! Everything happened according to plan. We were kept informed and didn’t have to chase or lift a finger. One days bookings of viewers and offers from that day. We ended up going with the buyer we liked the sound of the most and as we have loved the property so much we wanted someone who would appreciate it as much as we did.
